We’ve partnered with a top employer in Holsworthy who are looking for an Accounts Senior to join their busy firm. Sponsorships are not available for this opportunity.
What Makes You Stand Out?
* AAT qualified however part qualified or qualified by experience is also considered
* Experience of working at an Accounts Senior or Semi-Senior level in an accountancy practice.
* Experience in accounts preparation for limited companies and unincorporated businesses.
* Excellent communication skills
What you’ll be doing:
* Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements for limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders up to the audit threshold.
* Tax Preparation: Prepare personal and corporate tax computations and returns.
* Bookkeeping and Management Accounting: Provide bookkeeping and management accounting services.
* Digital Services Support: Work as part of the digital services team to support app research and recommendation engagements based on the Xero app ecosystem.
* Document Filing: File Companies House and HM Revenue & Customs documents on clients' behalf.
* Record Maintenance: Ensure accounting records for clients are maintained and kept up to date.
* VAT Returns: Handle the preparation and completion of quarterly VAT returns.
* Compliance: Comply with internal policies and procedures, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
* Administrative Support: Perform general admin duties to support the Partner, Director, Managers, and the office.
