Accounts Receivable Team Leader

Contract role for 16 months to start ASAP

Purpose:
Lead the AR team to ensure efficient revenue collection processes and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage ledger, debit notes, and payment allocation
Set KPIs and provide guidance to the AR team
Assist with audit requirements and address customer inquiries promptly
Ensure compliance with SOX and manage credit limits for retail customers
Set clear goals for team development and review department procedures Requirements:

3+ years of AR experience with leadership skills
People management experience
Strong communication, IT, and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Dynamics 365 preferred
Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively **Reporting Structure:**
Reports to Finance Manager (this Team Leader role with have 3 direct reports)
