Description:
BDS are currently recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Officer based around the Didsbury area.
Main duties include but are not limited too;
* Investigating and resolving rent and sales ledger queries
* Actioning rent tasks raised via the housing system
* Investigating items posted to suspense and re-allocating to correct rent account
* Responsibility for chasing missing housing benefit schedules with Local Authorities and other parties
* Allocating sales leger cash receipts
* Answering queries from the shared Accounts Receivable inbox within the SLA timescale

This is a full time position, Monday- Friday 9am- 5pm
