Description
Key responsibilities:
Supervising routine department activities, such as disbursing checks and processing payroll, to ensure that they are completed accurately and on time.
Maintaining accurate and complete financial, employee, and client records.
Working with the accounting team to create and manage budgeting processes.
Collaborating with the audit team to ensure accurate and timely audit reports.
Optimising the accounts receivable process and ensuring timely collection of payments.
Preparing and presenting financial reports to senior management.
Reviewing department processes and making recommendations for improvement.
Managing relationships with clients and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Profile
The successful candidate requires:
Excellent communication skills
Experience in a managerial role within the Accounting & Finance Department.
Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
Proficient in the use of financial software and MS Office.
The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
