Accounts Receivable Clerk | £25,000 - £27,000 | Bolton + Hybrid | PE-backed business | High-calibre team
Axon Moore delighted to be partnering with an ambitious, high-growth PE-backed business in Bolton to recruit an Accounts Receivable specialist to take ownership for AR processes including debtor management, bank reconciliations and much more.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Managing the sales ledger inbox, including resolving queries
Management of the debtor ledger, analysing movements and trends
Ensuring prompt raising of invoices
Monthly reconciliation of systems
Continual review and improvement of accounts receivable processes and controls
Managing customer accounts on the system, i.e. credit notes
Ensuring the correct VAT is applied to all invoices raised
Bank reconciliations
Ad-hoc reporting
Required Experience and Skills:
At least 1 years’ experience in a similar role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good organisational and time-keeping skills
High attention to detail and able to take ownership of their role
Good IT and MS Excel skills
Prior exposure to month-ends
