Are you an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk?
Are you looking for a new challenge with a leading business?
I am working with a fantastic manufacturing business based on the outskirts of Stockton who are looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk on a full time permanent.
The successful candidate will join a friendly and professional finance team and key duties will be:
* Raising and processing of both self bill and not self bill invoices
* Posting invoices to accounts
* Raising invoices
* Chasing payments
* Issuing statements
* Attending and contributing to aged debt meetings
* Dealing with account queries and agreeing resolution actions for any issues
* Maintaing sales ledger
* Reconciling self bill payments
* Managing the accounts receivable inbox
* Support with management reporting
This is a busy and fast paced role and ideally you will have:
* Recent experience in Accounts Receivable/Credit Control
* Excellent computers skills
* Strong communications skills
* Knowledge of self billing processes
The hours for this position are Monday - Thursday 8am -4pm and 8am -12.30pm on a Friday.
