Description:
An exciting opportunity has opened for an Accounts Receivable Assistant at a very well-established company based in Mid-Kent. This position will report directly to the Finance Manager and is an excellent opportunity for someone with proven experience in a similar role looking for a fast-paced environment and ready to get stuck in!
Duties Include but are not limited to:
Processing Credit Notes and Free Text in ERP System
Ensuring Credit Notes are approved in a timely manner
Reconciling customer accounts
Partnering with the Credit Manager to resolve queries
Month End Accounts Receivable reports
Other Ad-Hoc tasks related to the position
The ideal candidate will:
Have proven experience in a similar position
Have a proactive can do attitude
Have meticulous attention to detail and excellent communication skills
