Job Description:
You will be responsible for all accounts receivable tasks ensuring that all invoices are processed in a timely and accurate manner. This is a great opportunity to join a great company in the Automotive industry with plenty of development opportunities.
Skills & experience:
* Prior experience in both Accounts Receivable and Credit Control Functions
* Computer literate with high proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes
* Good attention to detail
* Knowledge of Aurora System 21 desirable
* Knowledge of Self Bill processes desirable
Main Responsibilities:
* Raising and processing of invoices, posting invoices to accounts to update sales
* Processing of credit notes
* Raising ad-hoc invoices
* Issuing of monthly customer statements
* Process supplier receipts and allocate payments
