This is an excellent opportunity for an Accounts Receivable team member to join our Accounting & Finance department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the invoicing and cash collection in a busy and dynamic Life Science industry environment.

Description
Managing daily operations of accounts receivable and ensuring invoices are accurately issued.
Monitoring and chasing up overdue invoices and payments.
Performing credit checks and setting up new client accounts.
Reconciliation of accounts and resolving any discrepancies.
Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
Working closely with the sales and customer service departments to resolve billing issues.
Assisting with year-end audit preparation.
Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.Profile
A successful 'Accounts Receivable' should have:
A strong understanding of accounting principles
Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
Good knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication and negotiation skills
A degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent experienceJob Offer
