This is a great opportunity for a Senior Accounts Payable Clerk or Accounts Payable Supervisor wanting to take a step up or an already established Accounts Payable Manager who is process and control driven.
Description
The Senior/Accounts Payable Supervisor duties include:
Oversee the Accounts Payable process
Responsible for the processing of supplier invoices
Manage the subcontractor process including reporting of accurate CIS
Proactively approach month end
Oversee the reconciliation of all supplier statements
Manage the accurate payment of suppliers for goods and services
Provide necessary inputs from AP into cash flow
Manage Accounts Payable inbox
Process/control driven
Use PO system to ensure all PO's are raised through and match against
All automated and needs to be used to automated processes
Processing 400/500 invoices can be multiple lines or one line. depending on suppliersProfile
The successful Senior/Accounts Payable Supervisor duties include:
Previous experience of managing a team of Accounts Payable.
Knowledge of CIS (desirable)
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to effectively manage own workload
Excellent communication and skills
Ability to work towards tight deadlinesJob Offer
