Accounts Payable Supervisor - £28,000 - £32,000 + benefits - Maidenhead, Berkshire (Hybrid 3 days in the office)
FryerMiles is partnering with a market leading family run business located in Maidenhead Berkshire. They're looking to recruit an Accounts Payable Supervisor due to continued organisational growth.
The duties of the AP Supervisor include:
Manage a team of Accounts Payable administrators to deliver expected levels of performance, dealing with staff fairly, ensuring work is allocated evenly and sufficient cover for absences.
Check invoices are being processed by the team correctly and to the correct GL codes.
Make weekly payment runs for two companies within the business.
Be responsible for processing Lease invoices, Council taxes and reconciling utility accounts.
Communicate with vendors and reject incorrect invoices and get them reissued.
Assume additional responsibilities as assigned.
The successful Accounts Payable Supervisor will:
Solid understanding of accounts payable and financial controls
Proactive, detailed-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Confident in using financial software, ERP systems and excel skills.
Excellent communicator, willing to build strong working relationships within the business
