Oversee invoice processing and resolve discrepancies in a prompt manner.
Maintain and update supplier records, ensuring all details are accurate and up to date.
Prepare payment runs and reconcile supplier statements regularly.
Collaborate with other departments to manage queries and ensure smooth operations.
Support month-end reporting by providing accurate accounts payable data.
