Description
Processing and coding supplier invoices promptly and accurately.
Dealing with European Payments, German Ledgers and Euros.
Reconciling supplier statements to ensure accounts are up to date.
Handling payment runs, including BACS and cheque payments.
Resolving supplier queries in a timely and professional manner.
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with accountancy regulations.
Assisting with month-end processes, including ledger reconciliations.
Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.Profile
A successful Accounts Payable Clerk you will have experience in the above and be available on short notice.
Job Offer
An hourly rate of £18.00 to £20.00, dependent on the level of experience.
