Description
Process and manage vendor invoices and payments
Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
Maintain accurate financial records
Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely payments
Assist in monthly financial statement preparations
Adhere to financial policies and procedures
Participate in internal audits
Perform other duties as assigned by the Accounting & Finance teamProfile
A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:
Data entry experience
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
