Position: Accounts Payable Clerk
Hourly Rate: £13 - £14 per hour (37 hours p/week)
Location: Crawley (Hybrid)
Start Date: ASAP
Our Clients Finance Team seeks an Accounts Payable (Payment Specialist) for a 9 – 12-month contract. The main purpose of this role is to ensure payments are processed on time and efficiently, to ensure high levels of customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure accurate payment processing for timely completion.
• Enhance accounts payable procedures continuously.
• Manage workforce reporting, invoices, and spreadsheets efficiently.
• Execute processes with keen attention to detail.
• Handle high volumes within tight deadlines adeptly.
• Communicate effectively and professionally.
• Demonstrate commitment and dedication.
Requirements:
• 1 year of Accounts Payable/Payment processing experience.
• Experience using SAP is beneficial
• Demonstrate expertise in accounts payable procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across organisational levels.
