Accounts Payable Assistant
Pinpoint Resourcing are working with a construction business in High Wycombe who are urgently seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant with CIS experience.
Duties:
* Process and verify invoices inclusive of CIS
* Manage daily payment runs
* Update the finance system
* Communicate with clients on invoice payments
* Resolve invoice discrepancies
* Prepare accounts payable reports
* Liaise with Project Managers on invoices
* Support the Finance Manager with ad hoc duties
Requirements:
* 2 years experience working within an accounts payable (CIS) role
* Strong communication skills
Salary and additional information:
* £30,000 - £40,000 DOE
* 5 days in the office
