Are you currently working within an Administrative position within an Engineering business? Are you looking to join a company that will help develop your skillset and offer your opportunities to progress, within a varied role?
The Role:
Process supplier invoices and credit notes accurately and on time.
Verify invoice approvals through three-way matching and approval workflows.
Maintain ledger accuracy.
Reconciled supplier accounts and resolved discrepancies.
Processed BACS and SEPA payments, including urgent ad-hoc payments.
Performed bank reconciliations and statement processing.
Maintained supplier records and set up new accounts in the ERP system.
Responded to supplier and internal queries via phone and email.
What we are looking for:
Excellent communication skills as this role involves liaising with all other departments throughout
the company, and at all levels
Ability to work on own initiative as well as a larger team
Be motivated and well organised
Excellent attention to detail whilst maintaining a flexible approach
Competent user of the Microsoft Office suite of applications
