Think Accountancy & Finance are delighted to be partnering with a well-established and growing business in Bradford who are looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their finance team on a part-time temporary basis.

The Role
Working as part of a busy finance function, you'll be responsible for supporting the purchase ledger process and ensuring supplier accounts are maintained accurately and efficiently.
Key responsibilities will include:
Processing high volumes of supplier invoices
Matching, coding and inputting invoices accurately
Reconciling supplier statements
Investigating and resolving invoice queries and discrepancies
Liaising with suppliers and internal departments
Monitoring and managing the purchase ledger inbox
Assisting with payment runs and general finance administrationAbout You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience within a high-volume Purchase Ledger position
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication skills and a proactive approach
The ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively
