What will the Accounts Payable role involve?
Managing supplier invoice processing with accuracy and timeliness
Ensuring proper coding, authorisation, and supporting documentation for transactions
Reconciliation of purchase ledger accounts and supplier statements
Assisting with payments, including preparation and execution of payment runs
Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Payable vacancy:
Previous experience in purchase ledger, accounts payable, or transactional finance roles
Strong reconciliation and supplier payment capabilities
Understanding of basic bookkeeping principles and attention to detail
Proficiency with Excel and familiarity with accounting software
Effective communication skills and a disciplined approach to confidentiality
Additional benefits and information for the role of Accounts Payable:
Flexi hours within a part-time schedule of 8-10 hours per week
