Description
Handling accounts payable for suppliers
Maintaining and updating financial records
Performing reconciliations of invoices
Assisting in the preparation of monthly financial statements
Resolving billing issues in a timely and effective manner
Complying with organisational and legal regulations
Coordinating with the accounting team to improve financial processes
Supporting other team members in the Accounting & Finance DepartmentProfile
A successful 'Accounts Payable' should have:
A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Proven experience in a similar role within the retail industry
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
Strong organisational and time management skills
