Description
Manage the complete accounts payable process
Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
Charge expenses to accounts and cost centres by analysing invoice/expense reports
Pay vendors by scheduling and preparing checks
Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements
Maintain accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions
Protect organisation's value by keeping information confidentialProfile
A successful Accounts Payable should have:
A background in Accounting & Finance
A strong understanding of accounts payable practices
