Opportunity knocks for an experienced Accounts Payable professional! Our client is looking for a diligent and highly organised individual to join their Finance team. As the Accounts Payable for UK & Ireland, you will be playing a pivotal role in maintaining the financial health of the company.

* Office-based role in Tamworth

* Full management of Accounts Payable

* Working 08:15 – 17:00 Monday – Thursday / 08:00 – 12:30 Friday

* Annual salary of £25,000 - £26,000

The Role:

As the Accounts Payable for UK & Ireland, your responsibilities will include:

* Receiving and logging invoices

* Maintaining and updating the accounts payable ledger

* Generating financial statements and reports for both the UK and Ireland

* Tracking ongoing payments and monitoring company expenditures

* Verifying expense reports and reviewing vendor and service provider agreements

* Negotiating with vendors and service providers to secure discounts

* Ensuring payment credits are applied correctly and corresponding with vendors regarding billing payments

The Candidate:

The ideal Accounts Payable for UK & Ireland candidate should have:

* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

* Proficiency with SAP

* Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel and Word

* Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate confidently at all levels

The Package:

The Accounts Payable for UK & Ireland role comes with an annual salary between £25,000 and £26,000. This role is office-based, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and professional environment in Tamworth.
