Accounts Payable

Up to £35k per annum
Agenda Partnership are recruiting for an Account Payable to join a successful and thriving business in Wellingborough. With this role, you will be responsible for processing all purchase invoices and having ownership of ensuring costs are captured correctly and vendor accounts are reconciled each month.
You will be responsible for generating the weekly payment run for approval and also reconciling the bank accounts within the accounting system (NAV)
Day to day key responsibilities include:
* Processing of purchase invoices
* Ensuring all vendor accounts are reconciled
* Processing bank payments
* Processing foreign payments
* Reconciling bank accounts
* Producing month end schedules and assist with accruals and prepayments
* Processing credit card transactions
Experience required:
* Previous experience of processing purchase invoices.
* Detailed knowledge of VAT rules
* Desirable: Experience with NAV accounting software
