Description:
Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Accounts & Office Manager to work for a well established business based in Crawley, West Sussex. The Accounts & Office Manager role will be supporting the management team with everyday transactional accounting such as; purchase ledger, sales ledger, credit control and reconciliations but also assist with the running of the office. This is a great varied stand alone Finance and business support role.
Salary: up to £35K dependent on experience
Location: Office based, Crawley. Free parking onsite
Hours: 9-5 Monday to Friday / 9-4 Monday to Friday (Flexibility around hours optional)
Accounts & Office duties:
Processing sales and purchase ledger invoices
Reconciliations and processing bank payments
Pricing checks across invoicing systems
Credit Control
Meeting and liaising with suppliers
Processing of supplier payments and setting up new suppliers
Checking of payroll info such as staff overtime, calculations of timesheets and staff expenses
Petty cash and updating staff, HR records
Oversee the running of the office
Support the management team with weekly / monthly finance reportsSkills and experience required:
Experience of working in a similar varied Finance / Accounts Assistant / Accounts Manager type role as well as good office support - admin, office management skills
Ideally have used systems such as Sage
