Description:

I am currently recruiting for an Accounts Manager to join a well-respected family run building and development firm. As Accounts Manager you will play a "hands on" role and the position calls for a proactive individual who will oversee the running of the day to day finances and ensure that decisions are made with precision and efficiency. Duties will include:

Bank postings and reconciliations
Setting up monthly payroll and liaising with Accountants
Inter Company transactions
Posting of invoices
Reconciling supplier statements
Prepare payment runs for all companies and posting payments.
Sales ledger checks
Credit control.
Preparing and checking CIS returns
Checking VAT returns
Managing utilities and council tax records
Full management accounts
Daily/weekly management of all staff involved in finance.Qualifications & Experience:

Construction industry/CIS experience
AAT/QBE Bookkeeper
