Description:

Our client is a Regional Contractor looking for a Temporary Accounts Clerk to join the team based in Hartlepool, with the chance to stay on permanently. 

Our clients projects focuses on a range of sectors such as water, Highways and infrastructure, industrial and energy, river and costal. 

Responsibilities of the role:

Process GRN’s

Manage Purchase invoices

Reception cover as and when required

Work alongside the Procurement Department to resolve internal queries

Liaise with both suppliers and site managers to resolve invoice queries

Review and clear debit balances

Prepare supplier reconciliations

What we need from you:

Proficient in Microsoft packages

Excellent written and communication skills

Great organizational skills.

Benefits:
