Job Title: Accounts Assistant/Sales Liaison Officer
Location: Market Harborough
Hours: 25 hours per week (flexible)

The company has an opportunity for a part-time Accounts Assistant/Sales Liaison Officer at our Reflex Packaging Solutions site at Market Harborough.
Key Responsibilities:
You will generate and process sales orders, support the sales team for timely product delivery, and act as the main point of contact for clients to ensure smooth communication. Creating and managing invoices, participating in financial audits, and producing commission figures are essential parts of the role.
Accurate data entry into our accounts system and checking payment accuracy are crucial. You will compile financial reports for senior management, manage incoming post, and reconcile accounting data, ensuring all records are correct. Matching invoices to statements and purchase orders, and handling supply chain payments and disputes, are key tasks.
Maintaining sales ledgers, handling reconciliations, posting receipts and payments, and assisting in financial statement production are required. You will ensure timely invoice payments, resolve finance queries, and assist with year-end procedures. Managing your workload efficiently to meet monthly financial reporting deadlines is important.
Collaboration with the Financial Controller will ensure smooth finance operations. You will provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed, and update Project P&Ls to maintain accurate financial records.
Skills Required:
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written English, Maths, and communication skills.
* Finance Knowledge: Strong understanding of finance systems, principles, and processes.
* Data Entry: Accurate and timely data entry skills with attention to detail.
* Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills.
* Problem Solving: Experience in working with suppliers and customers to resolve order issues.
* Technical Proficiency: Experienced with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Independence: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Task Management: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Versatility: Ability to take on various tasks as required within the framework of the role.
