An Accounts Assistant is needed to handle financial transactions for Purchase Ledger and sales ledger invoicing. This role requires a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Description
As Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for:
Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries.
Invoice processing and filing
Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.
Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
Recording and filing cash transactions.
Controlling credit and chasing debt.
Bank and credit card reconciliation.
Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers.
Profile
Competent IT skills, particularly proficiency with spreadsheet software and Sage 200.
High level of accuracy.
Extremely organised in a manner that is easily read by others.
Trustworthy and discreet when dealing with confidential information.
Administrative skills.
Ability to work to deadlines.
