This Accounts Assistant role will require someone who is willing to get stuck in and will favour those who have a can-do attitude. Responsibilities:
Bank statement reconciliation
Utilities (final readings, suppliers etc.)
Processing invoices
Preparing payment runs
Property management
Chasing rent
Answering phone calls
Potential travel to different properties across the Barnsley area
About you:
Accounts background (minimum 1 year)
IT literate (working knowledge of MS Excel)
XERO (desirable)
Meticulous work approach
Previous experience in property sector (desirable)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
