Description:

Accounts assistant required for a company in Redditch. You will be working in the office Monday - Friday. Job duties will be:

Summarising NHS statements for 49 branches onto an excel sheet once a month
Downloading till sales data from master system, summarising and importing into Sage200 over the counter sales into our Sage200 finance system
Input daily bank transactions and allocating to supplier and customer transactions (HSBC Bank into Sage200 via excel import and manual entry)
Supplier account reconciliations

Key skills required are
Finance and/or accounts experience
Excel including lookups and pivot tables

Training
Full Sage 200 training would be given
