Description:
Our client, a thriving organisation, is seeking a talented individual to join their team as an Accounts Assistant for a minimum of 4 weeks possibly longer. You will play a crucial role in administering all aspects of the day-to-day accounts department.
Hours are Monday to Thursday from 8.45am to 5pm, and on Fridays from 8.45am to 4pm. Paying £14.18 per hour.
Key skills for the position:
Proficiency in Excel and other IT tools
Knowledge of Business Central ERP system or a similar package
Strong numeracy and literacy skillsYour main responsibilities will include:
Processing Purchase and Sales ledger transactions using Business Central ERP
Collaborating with other departments to process Purchase Invoices
Conducting account reconciliations
Managing credit control activities
