Accounts Assistant
Grantham
Temporary to Permanent
£26,000pa
Mon – Fri 7.30am – 4.30pm
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our Grantham town centre based client, ASAP on a temporary to permanent basis. You will be in a small friendly supporting team, in an open plan office environment and have experience as an all-round account’s assistant in a busy accounts department.
The company have been delivering outstanding product and service for almost 200 years in the local area and are highly regarded in their industry.
An excellent understanding of how to use MS Office, databases and accounts experience is a must for this role.
As Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for:
* Entering and posting invoices
* Sales and purchase ledger
* Cash receipts, cash payments, cashbooks.
* Any anomalies to be reported.
* Data entry, matching and batching invoices.
Hours for accounts assistant are Monday to Friday 7.30am – 4.30pm
