We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team. As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations and ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions. Duties:
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Support the finance team with various administrative tasks as needed
Skills:
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, PeopleSoft, or Workday
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Basic knowledge of financial services and accounting principles
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
