We are recruiting an Accounts Assistant to join our clients successful accountancy firm in Diss, Norfolk.
Our client is an accountancy and professional services provider delivering a range of services including accountancy, bookkeeping, payroll and lettings services to clients across the UK.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals and gain valuable hands-on experience in financial management.
Duties include:
Management and delivery of Purchase Ledger - payment run and invoice approval
Management and delivery of Sales Ledger - credit control and invoice generation
Bank reconciliation and posting
Ad hoc accountancy and bookkeeping tasks as required The ideal candidate will posses the following:
Good communication skills
The ability to multi-task and manage time to strict deadlines
Experience in Sage, Xero or other accounting software Benefits:
