Position Credit Control Accounts Assistant
Ideally, someone who has accounts department experience, we don’t need a qualified accountant, someone who has handled receivables and or payables.
The candidate will be starting on credit control however, we do swap all staff roles so they know all aspects of the accounts dept.
* Will be looking after and chasing assigned client's debts.
* Allocating payments received.
* Processing Credit Card payments.
* Producing daily reports.
* Bank reconciliation.
* Debt collection via phone and email
* Will also be involved with the payables side.
* Sage 50 and FCL
* To be able to communicate with ops teams, sales staff other offices.
* Some involvement with our offsite Accountant.
* Plus, ad-hoc duties that are encompassed within the accounts department
* Logistics experience is not essential but would be an advantage.
