Description:

The Finance Assistant will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of the finance function, whilst ensuring accurate records are kept.
You will be someone that enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, with a hands-on attitude, who is a team player and always proactively suggests areas for change within the department.
Responsibilities:
- Processing Purchase & Sales Invoices
-Statement Reconciliations
-Credit Control (Minimal)
-Bank Reconciliations, including client accounts (experience with this advantageous)
-Prepayments & Accruals
-Fixed Asset Register
-Credit Card Statement Processing
-Debtors & Creditors Monitoring
-Accurate record keeping up to TB Level
-Assist the Finance Manager with the preparation of the Management Accounts
-Sales - Cost Reconciliations
-Assist with some nominal HR tasks, such as record keeping & filing up to date and accurate records
-Preparing Weekly Payment Runs
The role is office based, progression and study support is available for the right person
