Caddy Group are looking for an Accounts Assistant for one of our clients based in Larkfield, Kent.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
* Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and payments.
* Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.
* Handle payroll processing and related tasks, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
* Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
* Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
* Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to resolve any invoicing or payment issues.
* Support the finance team with audits and other financial reviews.
* Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and managing financial documents.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably within the construction industry.
* Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial practices.
* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
