Temp Accounts Assistant
Dunstable, LU5
£12.32 - £13.00 per hour
Approx 3 months temp contract (could be extended)
Please note an immediate start is required for this role. Please only apply if you are available immediately and are able to commute to LU5 on a daily basis.
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am-5.30am, Friday 8.30am-4.30pm (some flexibility could be offered). Full time office based.
We are currently seeking an Accounts Assistant for our client based in Dunstable (LU5). We are seeking candidates with the below skills and experience:
* Previous Credit Control and Purchase Ledger experience
* Understanding of VAT and how this is calculated
* Proficiency in Excel is essential - knowledge of Pivot tables, formulas and ability to manipulate spreadsheets
* Confident and professional telephone manner
* Ability to use inititave to deal with tight deadlines and sensitive conversations both over the phone and email
This role will be both administrative (approx 65%) and telephony based (approx 35%)
