Accounts Assistant (Part Time) - Worcester - Salary to be discussed based on hours.
Our client, a well established lettings agency, based in Worcester, requires an experienced Accounts Assistant,
The successful Account Assistant will be responsible for ( full training will be given):
* Client Account Bank Reconciliation's
* Payments to Landlords & Contractors
* Credit Control including feedback to landlords
* Quarterly & Annual Overseas Tax Returns & Payments
* Calculating MSF
* Drawing up Section 21 Notices
* Corresponding with Solicitors for legal guidance and court action
* Reconciliation's between Jupix & DPS
* Chasing tenants and DPS on any disputed Deposits
* Issuing Tax Statements to Landlords
Requirements
* Previous experience working in a similar position.
* Willingness to learn
* Confident communicator
* Liaising with external Accountant as and when required
* Using Sage Line 50 & Excel.
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
