We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant role for a company based in B9, Birmingham.
Main duties for the Accounts Assistant role:
Day to day Jobs
* Daily Sales -going through invoices and receipts that have been raised.
* Credit Card Takings
Weekly Jobs
* Lodging payments posted into correct bank nominal
* Banking cash
* Cheque Banking
* Showroom/Tilestyle Banking
* Run Debtors Report
Monthly Jobs
* Customer Statements – Print, marry up invoices & statements, Post out.
* Inputting Trade Counter Invoices – input invoices and print statements, scan, and file into folders.
* Customers Invoices – input and post invoices.
* Sales Order Report
* Bank Reconciliation
Miscellaneous
* Transferring balances, shipping off items, corrupt SOs, deposits.
* Checking Payments for Showroom Staff
* Account Queries – Customers queries
* Taking Payments – Card payments over the phone for account customers.
* Chasing Debtors – emailing and calling to chase outstanding balances.
The Accounts Assistant role is an office based role, Monday-Friday ,9am-5pm
