Description:
We’re looking for an Accounts Assistant to join a finance team in Worsley.
This is a role suited to someone looking to support a busy finance function, with responsibility across project accounting, cash management, forecasting and month-end activity.

What will you be doing as an Accounts Assistant?
* Managing the full financial cycle of projects, including costing, reporting and closure
* Managing cash across multiple bank accounts and reconciling balances
* Preparing and analysing weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts
* Supporting month-end close, including POC schedules and journal entries
* Supporting budget and forecast phasing for revenue and Cost of Goods Sold
* Assisting with monthly balance sheet reconciliations
* Maintaining the Fixed Asset Register
* Preparing ONS submissions
* Supporting colleagues with key finance tasks during periods of absence
* Completing additional finance and administrative duties as required
