Description:
Our superb client, with offices based in St. Ives, is seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join the, owing to business growth, working either 2-3 full days per week or
4-5 hours per day Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.45am - 5.00pm.
As Accounts Assistant, you will have responsibility for processing supplier invoices, checking of information, preparing payments run, bank reconciliation, raising sales invoices, cash allocation, statement reconciliation and other related transactional accounts duties.
To be considered for the role of part time Accounts Assistant, you must have relevant practical accounts experience and will be proficient in using QuickBooks, be PC literate and have super attention to detail.
In return, our client is offering a salary of £27,000 - £30,000 pro rata (depending on experience), 31 days paid annual leave inclusive of bank holidays, birthday day off, free on site parking, pension, team lunch on a Friday, potential of quarterly bonus (based on company performance), excellent working environment
