Description:
CMA Recruitment Group is working exclusively on behalf of an SME business based in Southampton, Hampshire, to help them recruit an Accounts Assistant on a permanent basis.
This role will report into the Finance Manager and work amongst a small team of 4.
What will the Accounts Assistant role involve:
Processing the purchase and sales ledger invoices;
Dealing with payment queries;
Posting journals;
Running the credit control;
Processing company expenses;
Bank reconciliations.
Suitable candidate for the Accounts Assistant vacancy:
Prior experience working within a finance team dealing with finance transactions;
Strong attention to detail;
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to problem solve.
