The Role

As an Accounts and Business Services Manager, you will manage a portfolio of SME, owner-managed and private clients, acting as a key point of contact while overseeing the delivery of high-quality accounting and business services.

Key responsibilities will include:

Owning and managing a portfolio of clients, taking responsibility for service delivery and client relationships.
Overseeing your team’s portfolios and contributing to workflow and resource planning.
Delivering agreed revenue and profitability targets.
Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships and identifying opportunities to support their wider needs.
Providing technical oversight and guidance to ensure work is delivered accurately and efficiently.
Developing, coaching and inspiring team members, supporting the firm’s wider people strategy.
Contributing to smarter ways of working and improvements in client service and team performance.

The successful Accounts and Business Services Manager will have previous experience within an accountancy practice, with strong technical knowledge and experience managing a client portfolio.
