Accounts Administrator
Monday to Friday full time office based
£26K-£28K DOE
My wonderful client are seeking a confident, detail-orientated Accounts Administrator to join their small professional team.
Duties include the day-to-day accounts for the business, profit and loss, VAT, Organising Accounts/ Credit Control, entering invoices, bank reconciliation, foreign currency payments and working alongside other Accounts Staff members. NetSuite experience is desired but not essential as full training will be provided.
You will need to be customer focused, have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and have a positive approach to problem solving in a busy environment.
Could this be you?
- Previous experience as an Accounts Administrator (minimum 2 year).
- Knowledge of accounting software (Netsuite, preferred but not essential)
- Strong understanding of accounts payable principles
- Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail
- IT literacy in Microsoft packages, i.e. Word/Excel
