Job Title: Accounts Administrator
Location: Wickhambrook, Suffolk
Salary: £27,000 p/a
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (40 hours paid per week)
Contract Type: Full time, 12-month FTC
Our client based in Wickhambrook, Suffolk is looking for an Accounts Administrator to join their team on a 12 month fixed term contract.
As an Accounts Administrator you will be responsible for:
* Processing purchase ledger invoices and customer sales invoices/commercial invoices/credit notes using the ERP system and Sage software
* Credit control ensuring debtors are managed in accordance with company financial procedure
* Process supplier invoices on the ERP system
* Liaise with stores if processing issues arises
* Chase & resolve any issues with all parties
* Any other duties as required.
An ideal candidate for the Accounts Administrator role will have:
* Experience in a similar role
* Previous knowledge of accounts receivable and accounts payable
* Effective communication skills
* Working knowledge of SAGE accounting systems
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to work to strict deadlines.
