Description:

Due to retirement our client is looking to recruit an accounts administrator to work Part-time on a permanent basis; Monday to Friday 9.30am to 2pm. The company are accommodating with the working hours.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will ensure the smooth running of the accounts function on a day-to-day basis.

Duties will include:

Processing of salaries and weekly wages including related tasks such as expenses / private milage
Credit control.
Issuing invoices and statements
Administration
Posting cash and bank reconciliation
Raising bank payments e.g. suppliers, wages
Processing of purchase / sales invoices into Sage
General accounts enquiriesIt would be advantageous if you have:

Experience working with SAGE
Experience working with Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
Experience working with a Sales and Purchase Ledger
