Description:
We are delighted to be working with a family-run manufacturing business located near Witney who are looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator to join their friendly team on a temporary to permanent basis, to start as soon as possible.
Our client is looking for a strong Administrator with general accounts knowledge. Experience using Sage 50 is essential. You will also require great customer service skills as some reception duties will be included in this role.
Hours are 8:30 – 16:00, Monday to Friday however there is flexibility for the right candidate.
£28,000 - £30,000 dependant on experience.

Sage 50
Sales Ledger
Purchase Ledger
Invoicing
Credit Control
VAT
Bank Reconciliation
Basic monthly Accounts
Bank Payments
Petty cash
Answering phone
Preparation of payroll figures
Maintaining holiday diary, and absence calendar on company system
Ordering stationary
The ideal Accounts Administrator will be personable, organised and a team player.
