Accounts Administrator

Due to expansion, I am recruiting on behalf of my prestigious client, based in Caste Bromwich, for an experienced Accounts Administrator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day to day administration of all finance related tasks; including invoicing, bank reconciliations and supporting the team with queries.

This role will be a great opportunity for an experienced Accounts/Finance Administrator, someone with a passion for detail and capable of working to deadlines.

About the role:

* Invoice processing and reconciliations

* Assisting with the production of Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Management Information

* Inputting data into the accounting software (Sage 50/Intelligent Office)

* Prepare Quarterly VAT Returns

* Processing authorised payments to creditors

* Reporting on Purchase Ledger

* Chase and Reconcile Expenses

* Maintain Asset Register

* Weekly forecast and reporting of cashflow

* Organise and order office supplies

Hours and Pay:

* Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm

* Salary up to £30,000 - dependent on experience

* Bonus scheme

* Full time, permanent position

About you:

* Previous experience in an Accounts/Finance Administration role

* Ledger experience

* Experience using Sage 50

* VAT preparation experience

* Competent user of Microsoft Excel

* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
