We're seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our client's team in Honiton. In this role, you will provide essential financial and administrative support to our operations.
Responsibilities:
Ensure all purchase invoices are approved before posting.
Assist with credit control tasks, including contacting customers about outstanding payments and issuing necessary correspondence.
Reconcile discrepancies between the stock system and the accounting system.
Requirements:
Understanding of accounting principles; experience with Xero is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Previous experience in administrative or finance roles is preferred.
